UNC50

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC50-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC88A, UPF3B, and IL1B. Each is linked with UNC50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC50-to-partner and partner-to-UNC50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC50 versus CCDC88A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC50→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
