Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,936 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein demannosylation, Protein alpha-1,2-demannosylation, and Protein deglycosylation. Each is linked with UNC50 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC50-to-partner and partner-to-UNC50 results are reported.
