UNC50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC50-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA4 and RBMY1A1. Each is linked with UNC50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC50-to-partner and partner-to-UNC50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA4 grouped by UNC50-low versus UNC50-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC50→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
