Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC45B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UNC45B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 11 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UNC45B mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC45B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where UNC45B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
