UNC45B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC45B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,699 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC45B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMRN2, GIMAP7, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with UNC45B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC45B-to-partner and partner-to-UNC45B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC45B versus MMRN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC45B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC45B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
