Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC13D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UNC13D data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher UNC13D Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC13D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, KIRP, and CESC are the cancer types where UNC13D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
