UNC13D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, DEF6, and AIF1. Each is linked with UNC13D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC13D versus CASP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
