UNC13D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,686 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH1, PLEKHB2, and YARS1. Each is linked with UNC13D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNIH1 grouped by UNC13D-low versus UNC13D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
