UNC13D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC13D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13D-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR87, KCNJ9, and OR8A1. Each is linked with UNC13D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR87 grouped by UNC13D-low versus UNC13D-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
