Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC13C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UNC13C data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UNC13C Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC13C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where UNC13C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
