Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UMAD1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UMAD1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UMAD1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UMAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where UMAD1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
