Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,401 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX8, NUDCD3, and PMS2. Each is linked with UMAD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-UMAD1 results are reported.
