ULK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,187 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, WDR19, and TTC21B. Each is linked with ULK4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK4-to-partner and partner-to-ULK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULK4 versus LZTFL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
