ULK4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JADE3, NDUFAF7, and FAM136A. Each is linked with ULK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK4-to-partner and partner-to-ULK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULK4 versus JADE3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
