ULK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, C-Raf, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with ULK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK4-to-partner and partner-to-ULK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by ULK4-low versus ULK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
