ULK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ULK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR27, OR14A16, and C12orf40. Each is linked with ULK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK4-to-partner and partner-to-ULK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR27 grouped by ULK4-low versus ULK4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
