ULK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,671 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32A, UNC45A, and SMAD3. Each is linked with ULK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK3-to-partner and partner-to-ULK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULK3 versus ANP32A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
