ULK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,059 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL2, CSNK1G1, and FAM219B. Each is linked with ULK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK3-to-partner and partner-to-ULK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULK3 versus DMXL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
