ULK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,442 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX_S143, ULK1_S469, and ULK1_S556. Each is linked with ULK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK1-to-partner and partner-to-ULK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULK1 versus ZYX_S143 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
