ULK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with ULK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK1-to-partner and partner-to-ULK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ULK1-low versus ULK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
