Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ULBP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ULBP3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ULBP3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ULBP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where ULBP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
