ULBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R14C, PLOD2, and PURA. Each is linked with ULBP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP3 versus PPP1R14C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
