ULBP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEK2, MAP3K5, and MIATNB. Each is linked with ULBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP3 versus PLEK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
