ULBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4634, RNA5SP413, and RNY4P19. Each is linked with ULBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4634 grouped by ULBP3-low versus ULBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
