ULBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with ULBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by ULBP3-low versus ULBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
