ULBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ULBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,795 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRF1L, ULBP2, and TMEM181. Each is linked with ULBP3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP3 versus MTRF1L in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
