Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,269 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIOBP, POLE2, and CEP128. Each is linked with ULBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP1 results are reported.
