Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ULBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K_pT389, PCNA, and PRDX1. Each is linked with ULBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K_pT389 grouped by ULBP1-low versus ULBP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
