ULBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ULBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,829 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADM2, ASNS, and ULBP2. Each is linked with ULBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP1 versus ADM2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
