Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UIMC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UIMC1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UIMC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UIMC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where UIMC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
