Across TCGA cell cohorts, UIMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,124 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UIMC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Centrosome duplication, and Mitotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with UIMC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UIMC1-to-partner and partner-to-UIMC1 results are reported.
