UHRF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,290 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, HAUS6, and CDC37L1. Each is linked with UHRF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF2-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UHRF2 versus PSIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
