Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,041 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCL1, HAUS6, and PSIP1. Each is linked with UHRF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF2-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF2 results are reported.
