UHRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,803 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDV3, DRD2, and FCGR1A. Each is linked with UHRF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF2-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDV3 grouped by UHRF2-low versus UHRF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
