Across TCGA cell cohorts, UHRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,371 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UHRF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression via chromosomal CpG island methylation, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and Spindle assembly. Each is linked with UHRF2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF2-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression via chromosomal CpG island methylation grouped by UHRF2-low versus UHRF2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
