UHRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UHRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 218 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAFA1, RBFA, and USP14. Each is linked with UHRF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF2-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAFA1 grouped by UHRF2-low versus UHRF2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
