Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UHMK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UHMK1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher UHMK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UHMK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, THYM, and UVM are the cancer types where UHMK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
