UHMK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHMK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHMK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ52, TRAJ43, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with UHMK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHMK1-to-partner and partner-to-UHMK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ52 grouped by UHMK1-low versus UHMK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHMK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHMK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
