UGT3A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT3A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 472 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK10, NKAIN4, and JADE3. Each is linked with UGT3A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT3A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT3A1 versus KCNK10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
