Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGT3A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5T2, GH2, and H4C7. Each is linked with UGT3A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT3A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT3A1 results are reported.
