Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT2B7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UGT2B7 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UGT2B7 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGT2B7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, MESO, and LGG are the cancer types where UGT2B7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
