UGT2B7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2B7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,093 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2B7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amine catabolic process, Negative regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation, and Ribonucleotide catabolic process. Each is linked with UGT2B7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2B7-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2B7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Amine catabolic process grouped by UGT2B7-low versus UGT2B7-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT2B7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT2B7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
