UGT2B7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2B7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,511 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2B7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMT1, CAPN14, and SNORD101. Each is linked with UGT2B7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2B7-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2B7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B7 versus ARMT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT2B7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT2B7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
