UGT2B24P

RNA — tumor vs normal
Tumor vs NormalRNABox plot · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT2B24P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of UGT2B24P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where UGT2B24P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types UGT2B24P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as CHOL and KIRP show the opposite, repressed pattern.

CHOL, KIRP, and LIHC are the cancer types where UGT2B24P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.

RNA tumor vs normal associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. Fold-change is the tumor-versus-normal difference in UGT2B24P RNA (log2); positive values indicate higher expression in tumor. p-values are from the differential-expression test.
