Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT2B11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UGT2B11 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher UGT2B11 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGT2B11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and READ show a favorable association.

ACC, READ, and THCA are the cancer types where UGT2B11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
