Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP22, STON2, and CILP2. Each is linked with UGT2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A1 results are reported.
