Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGT2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 396 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Somatic recombination of immunoglobulin genes involved in immune response, Isotype switching, and CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with UGT2A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A1 results are reported.
