Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT1A9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UGT1A9 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UGT1A9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGT1A9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where UGT1A9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
