Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 728 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGT1A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX10, CCDC134, and GTPBP1. Each is linked with UGT1A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A9-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT1A9 versus SOX10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
