UGT1A9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 762 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX18P23, GLUD1P3, and COX5BP4. Each is linked with UGT1A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A9-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX18P23 grouped by UGT1A9-low versus UGT1A9-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
